The ancient proverb says that a picture is worth 1000 words. Well, what can be written about 3 photographs? Let’s see.
With 3 Photographs, I want to start to put my pictures out into the world, but only with my interpretation of them. This is an exercise to work on my writing as well as put some of my photography on the site (GBJr78.com). Please check it out if you haven’t yet.
I will also ask friends to join me. Amateur and Professional the like all have opinions of what they shoot with their cameras and what they like. A wide range of talent coming together to talk about their work. I would love to hear from anyone that is engaged with this fun project. Please reach out is you want to be included.
I believe that growth comes from what you experience. You can learn from reading and memorizing thoughts but it’s not until you stick a pair of tweezers in the socket to realize why electricity is dangerous.
So with that said I hope once people see these posts they will engage in conversation. That conversation will open up the opportunity to learn and grow. It will also open up an appreciation of what makes photography special… Perspective.
Project Rules
- Create a post with 3 pictures.
- Write as little as a sentence, as much as 2 paragraphs for each picture.
- The pictures must be owned by the author. Meaning that you took the photo.
- The post must be 3 to 6 paragraphs. No more than 1,000 words.
- Must contain 3 or more links external content.
- Share any and everywhere.
